A fox at play
New Year's greetings from Great Barrington
It’s 2023 and time to celebrate the good news of the past year. And time to have a little fun, as this fox reminded me a couple of days ago. As a rule, there’s not much more focused than a fox on the prowl, but it stopped a few days ago to enjoy a fast-melting snow pile. And, to my amazement, I managed to take a video from an upstairs window.
Pausing from its regular patrol of the neighborhood, a large and well-fed fox has a roll in the snow. Rain is falling on the pond and the snow and ice are melting.
It's a fun snow bath!
